Step 2 – Complete Expert Profile & Add Service

After you complete Step 1, click on this link to enter your Profile & Service Details. Once you have added your Profile details, you will be redirected to Service page to enter details of your Service.Watch walkthrough tutorialbelow

6 STEPS

1. If you are not auto-directed, please go to Select Plan page

2. Scroll down and select the package that you prefer (click Buy/Select Package)

3. Enter your billing information.

4. Review your order. For packages that have Free Trial, you will see a billing amount of $0.00. That's because the payment will be charged AFTER the trial period is over.

5. Enter your credit card details. All our payments are processed through Stripe (global leader in payment processing)

6. And that's it. You're done with the Registration. If all information is available, your Service will be activated within 24 hours. If you are not auto-directed, please visit

1. The first step is to open Expert Registration - XpertImm

2. Scroll down and click Profile & Service Details

3. Enter information. These will populate on your Profile page. If you have already created your account, you can update the profile information from your Settings page

4. Enter information about your Social accounts and your About section.

5. Click Save Changes. You will be redirected to Add Service page

6. Enter required information about your service page. Select appropriate entries from the relevant fields within the Add Service form.

7. Please add further details relevant to each of your Service. This is critical towards ensuring that your visitors have a greater understanding of the Service you offer and has enough information available to consider hiring/contacting you.

8. Add any additional details to elaborate/cover any additional information. You can also use this area as an About me / Introduction text.

9. If you'd like your visitors to be able to book an appointment through XpertImm, you can enable the booking feature by updating these fields. Leaving them blank will disable the booking feature.

10. If you enable the booking feature, we recommend that you enable this field. This will ensure that the requester receives an email notification when you accept/decline a booking request.

We are a Canadian tech platform aiming to make licensed Immigration Representative search simpler for Canada Immigration applicants. We provide a safe, modern & innovative digital discovery platform for anyone looking to hire authorized representatives for Canada Immigration.

Through XpertImm, Licensed Immigration Professionals (Regulated Immigration Consultants, Immigration Lawyers and Paralegals) can list their consulting services for over 60 programs and get discovered by prospective Canada Immigration applicants.

XpertImm is not an immigration consulting service and does not directly provide any legal immigration application advice to our users. We also do not act as agents of Immigration Professionals and do not act on Immigration Professional’s behalf. We provide a technology solution that enables Immigration Professionals to market their services to our users who are then able to conveniently identify, communicate and engage the services of listed Immigration Professionals. 

Only authorized representatives that are currently practicing in Canada, with an Active membership status from authorizing bodies are allowed to list their services on XpertImm.

If you are not Authorized or Active member or based in Canada, please do not proceed with the intake form. As part of our Quality Control Process we verify information provided on Intake Form 

Only 1) IRCC defined authorized representatives (RCICs, Immigration Lawyer or Paralegal) that are 2) currently practicing in Canada, with an 3) Active membership status from authorizing bodies are allowed to list their services on XpertImm. If you are not Authorized or Active Member of ICCRC/Canadian Law Societies or currently practicing in Canada, please do not proceed further. We will verify your license/authorization/membership information.

If you meet ALL the above requirements, then you can create an account and submit your profile by following these steps.

  1. Go to Expert Signup
  2. Update Profile and Service fields
  3. Select Plan. For paid plans. payment will be processed through Stripe only after your 14 days trial is over; if you cancel within trial period charge is canceled automatically through Stripe.

We will review the submission and contact you if additional info is needed. If all required information is available, your Service will be active within 24 hours.

We will review your submission and verify your license/authorization/membership information. If additional information is needed, our team will reach out to you. If no additional information is needed, approve and activate your Profile within 48 hours.

Our Start plan is absolutely free; you can cancel anytime. We also offer a 14 day free trial for all paid plans. While your free trial is active, you will have unrestricted access to all the available features to test XpertImm. Our support team will be happy to answer any questions for you as well. If you don’t like what XpertImm has to offer, you are able to cancel your monthly subscription or contact us to do it for you. Your credit card is only charged after the 14 day trial period.
